How to Get Rid of Chest Acne Naturally

Wednesday, May 9, 2012

Tea tree oil: Tea tree oil, derived from tree bark paper Australia, has long been used as a  natural way to get rid of chest acne (and all other types of acne). Like many medicines against acne, it works by drying up excess oil and kill skin bacteria (P. acnes), but it is much gentler on the skin. (Men?) Boys through puberty should find another solution, like tea tree oil has a minor effect estrogenic and can lead to gynecomastia (man boobs). Look for pure tea tree oil in any health food store complete.

Zinc: Although more research is needed, many experts recommend zinc as a way to get rid of chest acne. Zinc leads to regulate sebaceous gland activity and is vital for collagen formation. Essential for immunity and healing, zinc is also indicated to reduce inflammation and prevent acne scars. Zinc-rich foods are mushrooms, oysters, legumes, seaweed, pecans, egg yolks, poultry, soybeans… but if dietary zinc is not the  case, zinc lozenges are a viable option.

cider vinegar: Cider vinegar will help dry oily skin, kill bacteria and clear pores. It is also known for being able to balance the pH of the skin. Try mixing one part of biologic cider vinegar with 10 parts of high quality water, and apply. When you need to cover a large area like the chest, commercial products against acne can be very expensive. Although more research is needed, cider vinegar has been able to get rid of chest acne for some, and it's cheap.
